Terms & Conditions
The below follows RnD Tuning T&C's. Please read with care.
Data Protection: RnD Tuning Ltd are compliant and registered with the ICO/GPDR. Data is processed and issued outbound to fulfil orders where a drop ship method is used, directly with our suppliers. Data is only used for marketing purposes for those whom sign up to the mailing list. This audience shall receive exclusive offers, competitions etc only. Data is held on record and can be issued upon request. Data is not sold or provided to third parties, unless required to fulfil an order.
Prices: All prices shown, include VAT, at 20% and are correct at time of publishing. They are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping, this is calculated at checkout.
Charges are in GBP and shipping is within the UK only. For purchases/deliveries outside of the UK, please contact us for an personalised quotation.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro credit cards, alongside debit cards. We will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and cardholder’s full statement address details. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and bank transfers - please contact us for details where required.
Availability: Not all products listed on our website are in stock. Stock levels may not always be true in real time, this is due to the drop shipping method used throughout our suppliers. To avoid disappointment or if you require urgent delivery on a purchase, please ensure to contact us in advance, so we can confirm availability & estimated delivery prior to your purchase(s).
Your right of cancellation: In line with 'Distance Selling' you have the right to cancel any orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, regardless of any issue(s) or malfunction(s) with the item(s) sourced. Thereafter you have 14 days to return the item(s). It is advised that returning items are sent with tracking, as refunds shall not be processed unless received by RnD Tuning. Carriage will be covered by the purchaser/returner, these charges shall not be reimbursed by RnD Tuning. Depending on the time scale conducted to notify and physically return the item(s), a refund can take up to 28 days to be processed.
Our right of cancellation: If for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to inability of manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) meeting the order requirement(s), we have the right to issue an cancellation of the order(s). Therefore, a refund shall be issued accordingly, meaning paid monies shall be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. RnD Tuning are not liable for any loss or damages thereafter.
Overseas Customers: RnD Tuning only accept purchases and payment within the UK. For any queries/potential orders outside of the UK on either subject, please ensure to contact us directly for an personalised quotation.
Returns Procedure: RnD Tuning must be informed, in writing of any items and reasons for your return. Any approved returns shall be issued with credit or a refund, at discretion of RnD Tuning. Return requests must be made within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery.
All items must contain original packaging, display no wear of misuse, damage or fitment of any sort. Carriage of the return must be covered by the purchaser/returner, as these costs shall not be covered on behalf of RnD Tuning.
We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances, unless conducted by RnD Tuning themselves.
All goods remain the property of RnD Tuning until paid for and payment received in full. All products intended to be painted must be trial fitted to vehicle prior to painting- Any item painted will not be accepted for refund in any circumstance.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance, 28 days after delivery. The above cancellation/return policy must be adhered to. In addition, RnD Tuning will only accept returns from the person of purchase.
